折光儀是根據(jù)不同濃度的液體具有不同的折射率這一原理設(shè)計(jì)而成的。它具有快速、準(zhǔn)確、重量輕、體積小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
使用方法: 打開蓋板(3),用軟布仔細(xì)擦凈檢測(cè)棱鏡(2)。取待測(cè)溶液數(shù)滴,置于檢測(cè)棱鏡上,輕輕合上蓋板,避免氣泡產(chǎn)生,使溶液遍布棱鏡表面。將儀器進(jìn)光板(3)對(duì)準(zhǔn)光源或明亮處,眼睛通過目鏡觀察視場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)目鏡調(diào)節(jié)手輪(6),使視場(chǎng)的藍(lán)白分界線清晰。分界線的刻度值即為溶液的濃度。
校正和溫度修正 20℃環(huán)境下,儀器在測(cè)量前需要校正。取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)液一滴,涂抹在蘭色檢測(cè)棱鏡上,然后把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)玻璃塊亮面蓋在上面,擰動(dòng)零位調(diào)節(jié)螺釘(4),使分界線調(diào)至刻度78.8%位置。擦凈檢測(cè)棱鏡后,可以進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
如果測(cè)量時(shí)溫度高于或低于20℃,利用溫度修正表,在環(huán)境溫度下讀得的數(shù)值加(或減)溫度修正值,獲得準(zhǔn)確數(shù)值。附表:糖度讀數(shù)之溫度修正表。 注意事項(xiàng) 本儀器系精密光學(xué)儀器,在使用和保養(yǎng)中應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng):
